"Jeff is so incredibly kind and selfless - and above all else, so committed to finding your priceless items. You can trust him to search and return your items. I lost my wedding band on Diamond Beach on a busy summer Saturday and had Jeff start his search 5 days after I lost it. Between lost time, big crowds, bad weather, and beach cleaning tractors…. Well, let’s just say not even Jeff had confidence in finding my wedding band. But that didn’t stop him from immediately responding to my text and going to the beach very late on a week night to start his search. He returned empty handed that night and went back again at dawn a few days later and found it! He spent so much time helping me and I am forever grateful. If you’ve lost a wedding ring or anything precious, you know it’s devastating and hard to know where to turn but I hope you turn to Jeff. He even went out of his way to hand deliver it to my front step and I live over an hour from him. He is a special soul! Jeff works for tips so please be sure to show your gratitude!"

“My wedding ring fell off in the lake while splashing around with my nephew's. They felt bad even though it wasn't their fault and so we searched around for it, but with no luck in the dark water and sandy bottom. Jeff came by a few days later and had the right equipment and experience to find it in under 5 minutes! He's clearly good at what he does and can be trusted to find what you've lost! Give him a call if you find yourself in a similar situation. So happy to have my ring back! Thanks Jeff!”

“Sunday afternoon my husband was boogie boarding with our son in Cape May. My husband has recently lost some weight and therefore his ring was a little loose. A wave knocked my husband off balance, and a secondary wave wiped him out, losing his ring in the tide. I called one service and they were unable to locate the ring right after it happened. I was in contact with Jeff as well, who was busy the day of, but said he would search in days to come. Tuesday afternoon came, and he had found it! I will forever be grateful! he took an hour out of his day and was able to find it right where my husband knew it came off. i highly recommend to call Jeff if you lose anything!

“This past Sunday was a day that I would like to soon forget!

I have a small condo and boat slip at Harbor House Condos in Ocean City. While cleaning my boat I knocked my son’s phone into the bay. I did not know what else to do so I tried diving down to find his phone. little did I know that while doing this my wedding ring fell off. To make matters worse, I hit my head on the motor causing a 3 inch gash which needed 8 staples to close the wound. I can honestly say that the pain in my head was not nearly as bad as the pain I felt losing my wedding ring that I wore for 35 years. At this point after several failed attempts and a head injury, I knew this was a job for a someone that knows what they are doing which was not me. Not knowing where to turn, my son and daughter-in-law called the Ocean City Police and they recommended Jeffery Laag from Lost Ring & Jewelry Recovery Service. Jeff answered the phone and let them know very confidently, that he could find the ring and the phone. He showed up to the location the next day and within 30 minutes found both. I cannot say enough about this service. Without Jeff I would not have my ring back! If I were to rate his service, I would without a doubt give him a 5 out of 5 stars.”

Don’t hesitate to call them if you are ever in need of this service. I was so upset I had lost my mom’s rings in the sand in Cape May. She passed away & these rings mean so much to me. My husband and I looked for a while but no luck. I couldn’t sleep that night so I started searching for someone who could help me. I quickly found the Lost Ring & Jewelry Recovery Service. Jeffrey Laag responded quickly to my text & said he could help me. Following day met up with him, showed him where we were sitting on the beach & within 5 minutes, he found them!!! I will forever be grateful to you, Jeffrey! Our vacation couldn’t have ended on a happier note!!

“I cannot recommend Jeff enough - it was nearly 11pm on vacation and while I was sitting on our balcony ready to go to bed, I adjusted my wedding band and accidentally dropped it. It then rolled right off the 3rd floor balcony of our b&b right into a full flower bed below the deck. I texted the number on Jeff’s card on a whim hoping to have a response and some help finding it in the morning but he replied right away and was here within 10 mins with his gear. Not 15 mins later my ring was found!! Could not be more grateful for the level of care and willingness to go above and beyond that I experienced. THANK YOU JEFF!!”

“My wife had both her wedding band and engagement ring slip off and disappear on a flooded section of wildwood beach. Multiple people searched but could not find them. I found Jeff’s info on Facebook, called him and he answered right away and said he’d be happy to help. He was 2 hours away and was on his way back home to grab his gear and head to Wildwood. He went right to work on the still flooded beach and only took about 30 minutes and found both rings as the sun went down. I can’t tell you the how happy my wife was and all because Jeff rushed right to us to help. If you are in need of this service I recommend you call Jeff first and nobody else. Thanks so much.”

“I took off a small but sentimental ring to apply sunscreen and, as the story always goes, dropped it into the sand. I spent about an hour looking, and a small crew assembled to help sift the area, with no luck. I left the beach convinced that it was gone forever but posted to a Cape May page in case it was my lucky month. Jeff was recommended almost immediately. Around 8:30 pm we exchanged a few messages back and forth about where I was sitting, time of day, and what the ring looked like and he found it by 8:30am the next day. This man is incredible!”

“First, Jeff, Thank You for finding Jordan's ring...you are amazing!

You came out on a cold Saturday night and before we even got there, you had the ring, again, thank you...I cannot say it enough!

As a father, knowing what Jordan went through to get to this point and then seeing the video of him on his knee proposing and then his reaction realizing that the ring had fallen out and disappeared into the sand, it brought tears to my eyes for him.

You, the helpful people on the beach, the staff at the Sunset Beach Giftshop, my son's fiance and her two beautiful children, my wife, all turned an emotional rollercoaster of a night into one of the most positve and memorable evenings of our lives.

Thank you again, you really are a good person, you have had a positive impact on everyone's life that you have helped by helping them find something they lost, please keep doing what you do, it does not go unnoticed.

    Our very best to you,

Keith & Karen Page, Jordan and his beautiful family. By the way, Maria said yes!”
